CJ Architects Design Four-Story, Mixed-Use Development for Vaughan Street Parcel


“A multi-million-dollar plan to tear down a Vaughan Street warehouse and replace it with a four-story, mixed-use building appears to have recently gained ground following the sale of the land involved in the project. Constructed in its place is expected to be a new building with a 10,905-square-foot footprint with room for seven commercial units and two fourth-floor residential units. Principals of the new property owners – 233 Vaughan LLC – are developers Andy Livingston and Ed Cole. The Herald previously reported the cost of the redevelopment was in the range of $5.6 million, but Livingston said it is actually a ‘bigger endeavor.’”
